İleten Metal Coating was established in 2005 in Camdibi, Izmir. İleten Metal Coating adopts corporate identity awareness, innovation, and creative approach. Our coating factory was established on an area of 3000 m2 in Kemalpaşa in 2017.

Customer satisfaction is paramount for us. The company aims to provide reliable and sustainable service in the coating industry by providing high-quality products.

Production is environmentally friendly thanks to chemicals that do not contain PFOA and PFOA salts. These chemicals are also by Reach and RoHS standards and their suitability has been proven with IMDS entries.

Cabinet and hanger applications are made within the following Conductive Metal Coatings; Alkali Zinc-Nickel (ZnNi), Alkali Zinc (Zn), Silver (Ag), Coatings on Aluminum (Silver, Nickel, Tin, Copper), Coatings on Stainless Steel, Nickel (Ni), Tin, Electroless Nickel, Copper, Anodic Oxidation Coating. The requirements of the IATF 16949: 2016 standard are applied in all processes of our company. In this context, continuous improvement is followed, and instruments such as kaizen, 5S, 6 Sigma, etc. are used actively.

Lab

Laboratory services operate in two departments in our company. These are chemistry and quality laboratories. In our quality laboratory, IATF 16949: 2016 quality standard requirements and special norms requested by our customers are fully implemented and reported.
